An Extended Strainer upgrade kit part number 907695 has been created to enable you to upgrade your existing machines with the shortened strainer to the new improved design.

Numatic PCB Update

Numatic have implemented updates to the design of the below PCB units in order to provide the very best cleaning performance in the field.

Stretch hose upgrade

The right-angled cuff on the 280021 35MM X 960MM LONG 3:1 STRETCH HOSE (SHORT & LONG CUFF) has been upgraded.

CRO waterproof connector update

The waterproof connector used on the CRO main loom and pedal sensor assembly has been updated due to the existing part becoming obsolete and is now easily identifiable as the colour has changed from black to blue.

NLL Manual Update

The NLL Machine manual has been updated to include instruction on the correct handle angle for the machine to function correctly.

Airo Brush Change

The AIROBRUSH used within our range of products is changing appearance.

CRO Manual Update

The CRO manual has been updated to include instruction about the service indicator light on the display board.

28mm Twintec Filling Hose Upgrade

The Twintec hose material has been upgraded to be more robust and hard wearing and new part numbers created to include the red cap design. 

NLL water seal addition

To improve the water resistivity to the mains connection area on the NLL machine we have introduced a seal in the input cover moulding.

New Twintec Hose Clip

The Metal Hose clip 206818  will be replaced on all Twintec models with a moulded hose clip, this has been changed due to the sharpness of the edge of the metal clip.

Twintec Floor Tool Lifting System Update

All lifting link wires will have coloured heat shrink wrap added to the ends of the cable, this will help to reduce the risk of the wrong size wires being fitted.

HNS 1550 Power Monitor

A NEW Power Monitor has been introduced on the HNS1550 (The Burnisher) this will enable the End User to see when the machine is over loading during use. Production week 31, serial numbers starting 1531*****

New Green Serilor Polyurethane Floor Tool Blades

After extensive trials Numatic have New Floor Tool blades that will replace the old Polyurethane and Linatex Blades. The New Blades have become standard on TT4045, TTB4045, CRO8055, TTV678, TT4055, TTB4055, TTB6055, TTV4555, TT6650, TTV5565.
