foreign objects of any kind ,should not be added into or above the filter of the machine .This could damage your machine ,it is also a fire hazard.If your machine smells ,first check and change the dustbag and the filter ,this will helpĀ  with any odours.

Yes you can ,but it is advisable to use genuine dust bags to avoid excess dust clogging the machine filters and motor .This could shorten the life of your machine and invalidate your warranty.

Yes is definitely does, although some L/M Class machines may look the same ,they do not have the same internal filtration and strict testing. All H Class machines are Sodium tested and certificated.This not only insures your safety but is required to meet Health and safety requirements.

Yes for most of our Ride-On machines ,we have free training video tutorials available.download our Nu-assist App and scan the QR label on your machine.If your machine does not have a label,then download the correct QR label from the menu of Numatic support homepage,or for details of further training contact us directly by phone or email.

Yes you can. Numatic supply genuine spare parts for all our machines.These are available directly from us or your local supplier. Always use genuine Henry/Numatic spares as these are made to ensure your machine performs as it should. Also using non genuine parts may invalidate your warranty should they cause any damage.
