After vigorous testing by our specialised applications team, it was found that to get the best performance from the machine it should be used in a forward and backward motion with little left to right movement. By following this step and applying the correct pressure to the floor the finish will be much improved. You will see this update to the manual from machines with serial number 1914 onwards however this new method can be implemented with immediate effect on existing machines.
