TAP 17 – New and Improved IP Rated Brake

As part of Numatic International’s commitment to product support and machine upgrades we have improved the brake that is used on our Vario and TRO range. The new brake is now more robust in design and rated to IP 67 which means it is totally protected against dust and water ingress. This new brake is a direct replacement and can be retrofitted to all version machines.

TAP 13 – TTV678 Red Tyre Implementation

The front drive system of the TTV678 is in itself brilliant, allowing great machine manoeuvrability especially in tight areas. Because the wheel is used so extensively in normal operation we have field tested a new, improved tyre which will now be fitted to all new machines as standard.

The new RED tyre provides improved traction, longer operating life, and is more resistant to the variety of chemicals used by different users.

TAP 12 – Adjustable Floor Tool for Twintec Range

As part of Numatic International’s commitment to product support and machine upgrades we have redesigned the floor tool by moving the castors to the rear enabling it to become fully adjustable. We have replaced the buffer wheels to protect the blades and giving a better cleaning performance against walls.

TAP 9 – High Temperature Fan Kit

As part of Numatic Internationals commitment to product support and machine upgrades we have created a High Power Fan upgrade kit.

If your machine is used in climates with a high ambient temperature or in applications of high load resulting in the operation of the thermal overload feature switching the machine off, we recommend purchasing this kit as it will, in the majority of cases, improve high temperature performance.

TAP 8 – New Colour Coded Twintec Hose

As part of Numatic Internationals commitment to product support and machine upgrades we have introduced a new suction hose for our range of TT/ TTB/ TTV machines. This hose features a new red cuff design to assist in correct routing of the hose and to ensure that the correct hose is used in the off-aisle operation.
